RepVera exists to help professionals build a verified record of how they show up at work. The integrity of the platform depends on honest recognition from real working relationships.

Prohibited Content

Fabricated or AI-Generated Recognition

Do not upload, submit, or solicit recognition that is false, invented, or substantially written by an AI to misrepresent a person's qualifications or reputation. Do not coordinate to artificially build a profile.

Impersonation

Do not submit feedback as someone you are not. Do not use false identities. Do not verify on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent in accordance with the product rules.

Confidential Information

Do not upload content that belongs to your employer, client, or any third party, including internal communications, strategic documents, financial or customer data, or trade secrets.

Patient and Health Information

Do not upload any content that contains patient information or protected health information, even if it appears de-identified to you, except where you are under a good-faith belief that the content is lawful to share in context and consistent with the Content & Verification Policy.

Harassment and Discrimination

Do not submit content that is harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or that demeans people based on protected characteristics in a way that violates law or the dignity of the platform.

Defamation

Do not submit false statements of fact about any person. Opinions must reflect your honest experience.

Reporting and Consequences

Use the report feature where available, or report issues to legal@repvera.com. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent termination. RepVera will cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.
