Content & Verification Policy
Effective April 2026
1. Content Standards
All content on RepVera must:
- reflect the honest professional opinion of the submitter (where it is an opinion);
- be based on real, direct professional experience with the person being recognized;
- not contain confidential, proprietary, or trade secret information of any employer, client, or third party;
- not contain protected health information or patient identifiers;
- not be defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful;
- not impersonate another person;
- not be fabricated, AI-generated to mislead, or coordinated to artificially inflate a profile.
2. Captured Receipts (Uploaded Content)
You may upload screenshots and documents. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to share the material and that it does not contain patient names, client financial data, internal strategy, or attorney-client privileged communications, or any content marked confidential by an employer, except where you are lawfully permitted to share it. RepVera may extract or transcribe text from images; you are responsible for accuracy. Captured receipts are displayed in product without naming the "contributor" in the same way as verified collaborator submissions.
3. Verified Receipts (Request Link Submissions)
Contributors who submit through a request link represent that their statement is an honest professional opinion, based on direct experience, and free of impermissible confidential information in context. After email verification, verified receipts may show the contributor's name in the format implemented in the product (for example, first name and last initial) when authorship is confirmed.
4. Voice Messages
Voice messages are subject to the same content standards. By submitting, the contributor grants RepVera a limited license to store, transmit, and play back the message in the product for the purpose of recognition and verification workflows.
5. What Verification Means
Important distinction
Verification confirms authorship only. It does not certify factual accuracy. It does not represent an assessment, endorsement, or guarantee by RepVera.
Verification means the person identified is the source who authored the statement, completed through the email-based flow described in the product. It is not a background check, employment reference, or certification of performance.
6. Verification Integrity Rules
- A single contributor may verify a maximum of three (3) receipts for the same professional within any rolling 30-day period, as implemented in the product; additional feedback may still appear but not increase pattern weight for The Confirms as defined in product rules.
- RepVera may flag and remove content that shows patterns of coordination or abuse.
- Receipts associated with the same IP address as the profile owner may be flagged for review.
7. AI-Generated Pattern Summaries
AI summaries and The Confirms are derived from patterns in verified receipts. They do not represent RepVera's independent judgment of a person. Dimensions may include, as implemented, Conscientiousness, Integrity, Prosocial Impact, and Coachability. A minimum of three independent contributors is required before certain dimensions are shown. Product rules may give different weights to different relationship types, such as client or manager input versus peer input, as disclosed in product.
8. Employer Separation
Contributor statements are personal opinions of the individuals who wrote them. They do not represent the views of the contributor's employer or organization. RepVera does not solicit employer-commissioned feedback to display on the platform in that capacity.
9. Healthcare and Clinical Users
You must not upload content that contains patient names, identifiers, clinical information, or PHI, or that could re-identify a patient. Professional feedback in healthcare settings must be limited to professional conduct, leadership, and working relationships, not to clinical care content.
For removal requests, see Content Removal and community standards in Community Standards.
