Content Removal Policy & In-Product Notices

Part A: Content Removal Policy
Who Can Request Removal
- The professional whose profile contains the content.
- The contributor who submitted the feedback, where applicable.
- A third party claiming defamation, impersonation, or unauthorized use of their information, with appropriate detail.
- An employer or organization claiming that confidential information was disclosed.
Grounds for Removal
- Content that violates platform policies.
- Contributor request to withdraw verified feedback, subject to our integrity rules.
- Defamatory or false statements, where we can reasonably assess a valid dispute.
- Confidential, proprietary, or protected health information.
- Impersonation or fraud.
- A valid court order or legally sufficient demand.
How to Request
Email legal@repvera.com with your name and contact information, a link or description of the content, the legal or policy basis, and any supporting materials. We will acknowledge requests within a reasonable time (e.g., five business days) and provide a decision timeline (e.g., within fourteen business days) where feasible, subject to volume and legal review.
DMCA / Copyright
Copyright notices under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512) should be sent to legal@repvera.com and include: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, as required by law.
Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) to the same email, including the information required by law.
Part B: In-Product Notices (Summary)
The product displays required notice strings for account creation, upload, request links, contributor submission, verification, and public profiles. Those strings are implemented in the application and are designed to match the RepVera legal and consent implementation pack (version 2.0). If you are a developer, refer to the internal copy constants used in the sign-up, upload, collection, and verification experiences.
